Role summary

We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced B2B marketer to help accelerate our growth. This is a pivotal role for a creative, technical, data-savvy marketing pro who has a track record of successful lead generation.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, bringing new ideas and marketing campaigns that will drive brand, leads and business objectives. You should have a background in B2B services with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

In the first 100 days:

  • Develop a series of quick wins for marketing and lead generation activities
  • Identify short term activities to generate a range of marketing and lead generation collateral and actions
  • Develop a growth marketing strategy with clear milestones and measures
  • Take ownership of B2B overall marketing activities for lead generation
  • Design, build and scale new campaigns from scratch, utilising and testing acquisition channels
  • Lead our content strategy and creation and the use of email marketing, CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot)
  • Drive demand-generation utilising SEO, social media, content, webinars and case studies to build awareness and generate growth
  • Support the activities of account managers and delivery leads to achieve organic growth
  • Deliver paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Report on campaign performance and propose improvements

Requirements

  • 5 years+ experience of owning and executing lead generation B2B digital marketing campaigns with a proven numbers based track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising experience across Adwords, Facebook and LinkedIn and use of social media
  • Understanding of how to drive organic traffic from a technical and content point of view
  • Demonstrate excellent copywriting skills across email, ads and blogs
  • Knowledge of Semrush/Google Data Studios/GA
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes and Zapier to automate workflows
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Strong data and evidence-driven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team communication skills
  • Autonomous, commercially aware and entrepreneurial
  • Brilliant at prioritisation and managing your own workload
